Also, firms can manage to have a mix of full-timers, freelancers, contractors, and consultants without any long term commitment. with this approach, everyone has a reason to work hard and provide a high quality of work as this could results in them increasing the contract or grabbing the full-time offer.

Contingency recruiting is when an organization hires a recruiting agency to fill an open position. The agency gets paid only if the candidates get hired by the organization and he joins them.
It's also defined as No Win, No fee, which means a service performed by the recruitment agency is for free until a candidate represented by them takes its position with the client. Most of the time the recruiter has to compete with the Hr, Company Recruitment Branding, Direct Applicants, Advertising and at the same time competing with one or more agencies for the same position. The only way to crack the deal here is to represent quality candidates faster than others.
3-Retained Search Firms:- A staffing agency that handles recruiting for C level executives and high compensation positions. As the name suggests executives search firms get an upfront fee in order to carry out the personalized search for senior-level of executives positions such as CEO, CTO, DOE, VP of Engineering, Head of Engineering, or any corporate officers.
They also operate on an exclusive basis meaning the job will only be filled by the particular recruiting agency. the recruiter works very closely with the client to come up with the combined methodologies to find the best man for the job. the process is very personalized with the shortlist of anything between 5 to 10 names being presented to the client before the interview along with their persona and the client has to pick the right one.
4-Employee Leasing:- A firm that handles the administrative functions of the employment. The history of staff leasing has its root in the 80s and since then it has expanded till the current time.
